The best part
of the homecoming game was at half-time with the transitioning of the
homecoming king and queen. Last year’s homecoming king and queen, Michael Evans
and Deborah Evans, handed over the crown and tiara to the newly crowned king
and queen, Deshawn Watson and Cori Glascoe, pictured above.
Chester
Homecoming football game was almost a blowout with Interboro. After going
scoreless for 3 quarters with a brief tiff at the top of 4th between
the two teams which delayed the game, Chester scored a touchdown and 2 points
conversion with 4:36 left in the game. Interboro had 3 touchdowns in the first
quarter, another 3 tds in the second, and third lead by 46 points. Final
score was Interboro 46 to Chester 8.
