Chester (1-1) could not overcome a first half slump
and fell to the Math Civics Science Charter Elephants, 52-68, at the Clip
Joint. MCS dropped 3 of their 4 three-points in the first quarter enroute to
putting Chester in a 9-16 hole to begin the contest. The Elephants continued
their offensive push in the second quarter outscoring the Clippers 23-12 to
take a 39-21 lead into intermission. The Clippers inability to hold on to the
ball was a major contributor to their inefficiency in the first half.

Clippers sails, as MCS closed the contest with an 11-5 run.
