Today in the Chester High School cafeteria longtime sweethearts,
Willie Mallory and DA'Yanna Grandberry, got engaged. Willie surprised DA'Yanna and
a cafeteria full of people by proposing like a gentleman the right way, on one
knee. Did she say yes? She did! And she is wearing the ring to prove it. DA'Yanna
said, "We've been going together for four years this March." That is their entire
high school life. The honor students will be graduating in June. Willie plans
to go into the army while DA'Yanna is considering college. They will marry
after high school graduation sometime in the summer before Willie joins the
army. Congratulations!
