Dr. Alston spoke to the audience at a recent concert about the new charter school.
The Chester Charter School for the Arts is charter school approved. About a year
ago, Dr. Alston sent out a press release to announced
that The Chester Fund had plans to apply for a new charter school and to
terminate the partnership with the Chester Upland School District effective the
end of the school year in June 2012. So true to their words, the new charter
school will open in September. Please see the flyers below for the important enrollment
dates and other necessary information.
