Business Summer Camp for High School Students

High school students experience a highly interactive week-long event where they learn how to start a business. They buy product, learn how to package and market it, learn about income statements, and more. They truly get a taste of what it is like to be a young entrepreneur. As a bonus, they get to keep the profits from their start-up. 
Highlights of the week include:
  • Learning about financial literacy.
  • Designing a website.
  • Buying product and packaging it.
  • Marketing and selling a product–and keeping the profits.
  • Presenting to parents and guests.
  • Dining out and bowling.

Date: July 13 -16, 2015 

Location: Quick Center

Cost: Free ($50 deposit, which is refunded upon successful completion of camp)
