| Chester High School Football Team 2015 |
The Chester High School Football Team started
training camp this week. They always practice but August 13, 2015 was the
official start date. Thanks to Head Football Coach Tony Beaty and Coach James
"Peach" Howard for inviting me to preview the team on the first day. I also
owe these guys a big shout out for allowing me to shadow them and to gather statistics
last season for a qualitative research. They earned me a big fat A for my
coursework. Based on my observation last season, the team stepped up their
game. They played hard and were very competitive with the other teams.

Coach Beaty had three goals last year. He wanted to
improve the culture, discipline, and win more games. The team managed to do all
three things. They tied for second place and up their league win 4-6. They
showed up for practice on time and remained committed to the game. You can see

Howard, “People were surprised that we beat Interbro 30 to 12
with Arlo Lee, Jr. making 3 touchdowns that game. The players are excited about
the new season. They have brand new uniforms and a beefed up schedule. They are
confident that they will go all the way. They are looking forward to competing
with league teams to win Del Val.”
