Graduating Student walks with Mom’s Urn

On Friday, June 12^th, 2015, Chester High School held its 141^st Commencement Ceremony at the Athletic Field in Chester. Many parents were present at the graduations to see and to cheer on their children as they graduate. Although Brandon Posey’s mother was not there with him physically, she was there in spirit. Brandon’s mother, Mia Wilson, died of cirrhosis of the liver in 2010. As he had done on Class Day, Brandon carried his mother’s urn with him as he took his graduation walk. Brandon explained that he did not want his mother to miss this special occasion. Brandon your mother would be so proud.
