What does the Groundhog Say?

My take on the popular song last year, “What does the Fox say?” This is the groundhog’s day. Groundhog Day is the day when Punxsutawney Phil of Pennsylvania predicts the weather for the next 6 weeks. Will we have winter or spring like weather? If the groundhog sees its shadow, winter will last for six more weeks, but if it does not, spring will come early. I am hoping for an early spring because this winter has been brutal not only outside but inside some buildings. 

Big event at Gobblers Knob this morning, they sure know how to make Groundhog Day fun. Did I hear them right? They have been doing this for 128 years. SMH

So, what does the Groundhog Say? Six more weeks of winter!

The groundhog saw his shadow so 6 more weeks of winter. Duh, more snow is in the forecast this week. Say it ain’t snow.
