Concord High
School had its 3rd Annual Concord Classic on this MLK day of
service. Games were scheduled at Concord all day. The lineup included these high
school teams competing, Octarara vs. Wilmington Christian, Strath Haven vs.
Brandywine, Gospel Church vs. Smyrna, Flint Hill vs. Mount Pleasant,
Constitution vs. Salesianum, and Central vs. Concord. But the game with the Clippers
started off the invitational with the Raiders. The stats before the game were Chester
9 and 2, Concord 7 and 0.
A great game between the 2 teams but Chester remained in the lead throughout the game. Chester had an easy win over Concord by 23 points.

Final score Chester
54 to Concord 31. Chester has an awesome JV team. The Clippers JV will not have
a problem transitioning into the varsity role for next season.
