Chester Football wins over Furness

In a game at the Athletic Field in Chester on Saturday, September 14^th, the Clippers Football team had their first win this season over Furness. Chester made the first touchdown in the first quarter of the game, 8-0 followed by Furness. The game was tied up 14-14 well into the 4^th quarter when the Clippers pulled of a 20-14 win.

This was an exciting win for the Clippers and their fans. One fan commented that the Clippers have the capabilities to win like other teams in Delco, they are just as big and I know for sure they get great coaching. The fan said the only thing the team lacks is confidence. Well, I sure hope this win gives them a confidence boost because I know they can win. Congrats Clippers football on your win! Great game!
