PHILADELPHIA, PA- Hon. Mayor John A. Linder spoke with NBC10 @Issue host Steve Highsmith for a taping of the show entitled, 'Chester on the Road to Better' inside NBC Philadelphia studios on Friday. Delaware County Chamber of Commerce President Alex Charlton joined Mayor Linder to discuss the economic impact and motivation of changes to the Chester community and landscape undertaken since the inception of the Linder Administration.
