Bill Brown Memorial Scholarship Contest

The Daily Times is offering the annual Bill Brown Memorial Scholarship contest to a high school senior residing in Delaware County who might be an aspiring journalist.

To register for the $1,000 college award contact sports editor Rob Parent or assistant sports editor Terry Toohey as soon as possible.
