The National Congress of Black Women Delco Chapter will be hosting a Leadership Breakfast. The theme for the NCBW (Delco) is “The Importance of Education.” This is our second Leadership Breakfast is a three-part series. Our guest in September was Reverend Bernice Warren, Director of Eastside Ministries and Public School Advocate.
