Chester Community Charter School Event: 12th Annual Thanksgiving Turkey Giveaway


Chester Community Charter School recently had their 12th Annual Thanksgiving Turkey Giveaway. The event featured Chester C. Turkey, the school’s Thanksgiving mascot, who help distribute more than 600 certificates, alongside with staff, to Chester Community Charter School families, in celebration of the Thanksgiving holiday.

Clark (right), CEO,  Chester Community Charter School (CCCS), Pennsylvania’s largest K-8 Charter School, are joined by Chester C. Turkey (center), as part of the school’s 12th annual Thanksgiving Turkey Giveaway. More than 600 CCCS parents received gift certificates to Sam & Sam Meats, a local store, worth $10 each, for the Thanksgiving holiday. The gift certificates were donated by Vahan and Danielle Gureghian of Charter School Management, Inc., the organization that manages the school.

 
Chester Community Charter School (CCCS), Pennsylvania’s Largest K-8 Charter School, recently had its 12th annual Thanksgiving Turkey Giveaway, wherein staff members of the school distributed $10 gift certificates to parents, redeemable at Sam & Sam Meats, a local business in Chester, PA, for the Thanksgiving holiday.  CCCS parent, Marvin Green (right) and son, Marvin Green, Jr. (center) attended the event alongside Dr. David E. Clark (left), CEO, CCCS.

Participating families received $10 gift certificates to Sam & Sam Meats, where they can redeem the certificates for a turkey or other food items. Dr. David E.
