I sat in the old timers section and boy can those guys do some trash talking but all in good fun. These guys played Chester football back in the late forties and fifties. They know how to give some good ribbing. It was nice sitting with those guys. They kept me chuckling and on point with the plays. They reminisced about the days they played on the A Field. Yes, they reassured me that the field was there in the fifties. Thanks guys for sharing your space under the shade.
