Chester Home Asthma Prevention Program

A New Program for Chester City Families!

· Children with asthma are often exposed to asthma triggers in and around their home.
· These triggers may cause frequent asthma flares.
· All homes and neighborhoods have some types of asthma triggers!
· This program may help prevent asthma flares by:
· Showing families how to reduce or get rid of these common triggers.
· Giving families a special “asthma-friendly home kit”.
· Having outdoor bins for “neighborhood clean-ups”.

Crozer’s Kids Asthma Management Program (KAMP) and the Chester
Environmental Partnership (CEP) are conducting this home-based program for children ages 2 to 17 who have frequent asthma flares.
