When Kareem Robinson drained a trey to end the 2nd quarter the scoreboard read 62-22 thus once again invoking the "Mercy Rule" for the remainder of the contest.

The starters returned to the court in the 3rd quarter and captains Maurice Nelson and Lamon Church led the charge. Nelson dropped in 10 of his 16 points include two NBA range treys while Church slipped past the defenders for three baskets to add to his game total of 9 points. After being thrown to the floor by Chichester's Casey Burke, junior forward Erikk Wright ended the quarter with a two handed dunk and Chester had pushed the score to 84-34. But the excitement of the final quarter belonged to senior DeQuann "Bootsy" Walker. While his teammates were trying to set him up to score, he continued to play the position and not the scoreboard.

Kareem would hit him with a nice pass and Walker would drain a trey to put the Clippers at the 100 point mark.

The next couple of position "Bootsy" would continue to give up open shots to setup his teammates until finally he droved to the basket for a layup with 37 second remaining in the contest and the score sitting at 106-40.

The horn would sound and the PA announcer would introduce DeQuann as the 26th member of the elite Chester High Boys 1000 Point Club.

The Clippers continue to show teamwork as the set a school record with 38 assists on the night surpassing the old mark of 33 set by the 1994 State Championship team back on January 11, 1994 when the Clipper defeated Harriton 113-29.
