Dr. Juan Baughn formally appointed New Superintendent of Schools

Congratulations to Dr. Juan Baughn who was formally appointed the new Superintendent of Schools for the Chester Upland School District effective July 20, 2017. Dr. Baughn had been serving as Acting Superintendent since January of this year. He will be contracted through July 20, 2021. Read more HERE
