When Trayvon
Martin and Eric Garner were killed in 2012 and 2014, many members of the
Chester Children's Chorus became concerned, upset, and even frightened.
Music has the power to change the world.
Music has been integral to the movement toward civil rights and human
understanding. Music saves lives.

The video has to undergo some minor
modifications because of content. We had some national interest in the video
and now must do these edits to push it forward. Once we have it straightened
out, the link you have will work. Unfortunately, it could be several weeks
until it is fixed. We'll keep you posted. Kirsten Halker-Kratz, Executive

This is a great, emotionally-charged performance of a heart-breaking story--no, of centuries of heart-breaking stories. Can you share the lyrics? I would like to post both a link to the video and the full set o lyrics on my blog, engagingpeace. The video should go viral if it has not done so already. Please, please, please America, listen. How can anyone be proud to be an American when racist violence continues to pollute our land?
