Chester Clippers Baseball Grand Slam Over Glen Mills

Congratulations Shamour, so proud of you.
Shamour Young’s first inning, inside the park grand slam got Chester off and running and carried the Clippers to a 14-4 victory over Glen Mills in Del Val League baseball action Thursday. It was Chester’s first victory of the season and the first win for head coach Eugene Campbell. Young also had a three-run home run in the second and finished the game with 7 RBI’s, while starting pitcher Tyrone Johnson struck out seven and gave up three earned runs over six innings for the Clippers (1-5, 1-5).
