Chester, Pa. – The 2015 Spring Luncheon Series begins Tuesday,
February 17 and students from the School of Hospitality Management are
inviting the public to experience a homemade and delicious lunch at an
affordable cost.
The Luncheon Series includes a
variety of soups, salads, sandwiches, entrees, and desserts such as “Not Your
Mom’s Mac and Cheese” with House baked Cornbread, a Triple Chocolate Biscotti,
and Freshly Squeezed Lemonade to wash it down with all for $8 a person.
Served in the Marriott Dining Room,
located on the first floor of Academic Center North on 17th Street between
Walnut Street and Melrose Avenue on the Main Campus in Chester, the
buffet-style lunches are prepared on the following Tuesday afternoons from 11:30
a.m. to 12:30 p.m. beginning on February 17 and running through April 21. (Not
open on March 3).
The students who are participating
in the class will learn how to be creative and work with delectable ingredients
and will also have the opportunity to experience all aspects of operating a
restaurant and food production management.
