With the increasing dangers that confront young males of color, this workshop will provide professionals with strategies to teach critical life and survival skills to young boys. Professionals will explore strategies in the "Dare To Be King Curriculum" that can be integrated with their youth development approaches designed specifically to engage young males of color.

The Dare To Be King Curriculum, designed by David Miller, is a 52 week life skills curriculum focused on teaching & coaching young males. The model addresses three critical life domains: anger, decision-making and impulse control.
