The 12u Chester Biddy All-Star team won the Biddy National Championships in Kansas City, MO on March 19, 2014.

This was the 2nd time Chester Biddy has won a National title in over 50 years. Many Chester greats such as Jameer Nelson and Rondae Jefferson have gone to the Biddy Nationals.

The competition consisted of teams around the world. The Chester Biddy All-star team played teams from Finland, Kansas City and Louisiana to reach the Championship defeating JPRD West (Louisiana) 36-31 in the final game.

The trip was also educational. The kids visited the Negro League Hall of Fame and College Basketball Hall of Fame.

The team includes the following players: Jalen Hudson, Mark Bradshaw, Ishaad Maultsby, Devon Jones, Joshua Hayward, Jamese Lundy-Byrd, Kasim Toliver, Chris Allen, Donta Scott, Christopher May, Zyair Williams and Michael Smith.

The team coaches include: Howard Hudson (Head), Malik Walker (Asst), and Brion McNear (Asst).

The following kids made the Biddy All-American team: Mark Bradshaw, Ishaad Maultsby, Donta Scott and CJ May. Donta Scott was named Mr. BIDDY.

Jameer Nelson, Orlando Magic and former Biddy player helped to sponsor the trip. Zain Shaw, Coach Delaware Community College has worked out these kids over the years and is a big part of their development.
