The Boys and
Girls Club will be hosting an Affordable Care Act Event/Sign-up on Saturday
March 1st from 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm to help residents, families, youth, etc. sign
up for the Affordable Care Act. We will have people from State Representative
Kirkland's Office and Chespenn on site to assist with sign-up. Please give the
following information: 1)Date of Birth; 2) Social Security Number; 3) Household
members and/or immigration paperwork; 4) Federal Income Tax Forms ( W- 2 or
1099); or 5) estimation of Household income from all sources.
If someone is not able to attend, please be aware that regular assistance for enrollment is available at ChesPenn health Services. Please call 1-267-355-3540 for an appointment.
