I want to
thank everyone for their interest and support of the “Chester’s Got Talent”
Talent Showcase. It‘s not very often that we come together as a community
for positive moments. I wanted to reach out to everyone to update you all on
the upcoming event and advise you on what I will need from you all to make this
a Success.
The Talent Showcase will take place January 18th 2014 at Market Street Ballroom 801 Market St. Marcus Hook, PA 19061. Doors will open at 4:30pm and the show will be from 5:30 pm – 9:30 pm.
For all of those who will be participating we are asking that you sale at least 10 tickets at $10 each. (See details below)
Rules, Regulations, and Guidelines
Age: This show is open to ages 13 and up
Music: This is a family oriented event; please by mindful when making your selection as we would not want to offend anyone who may be in attendance. Participants are required to provide their own music by cd, flash drive, or a DJ. Please refrain from performing songs or using lyrics with profanity and or that glorify sex, drugs or violence.
Dress Code: We do want you to look good and to be comfortable while performing; however, please dress appropriately. Gentleman, no underwear showing & ladies no excessive skin bearing. You never know who is watching.
Time: All participates are required to arrive an hour before show time for sound checks and the disbursement of the schedule. Light refreshments will be provided for on time participates only. Performance slots are between 5 to 10 minutes so make them count!! (TIME MAY INCREASE/ DECREASE DEPENDING ON ACTS SIGN UP)
Dance: No provocative dancing; THIS IS NOT A TWERK CONTEST!!!!
PRIZES
THIS IS NOT A COMPETION BUT THERE WILL BE REWARDS AND SMALL CASH PRIZES!!!!!
