CHESTER CITY AND TOYS FOR TOTS DELIVER EARLY CHRISTMAS

CHESTER, PA- Department of Parks, Recreation, and Public Property, Director, Councilwoman Elizabeth Williams will host the United States Marine Corp Toys For Tots program, Thursday and Friday December 19^th and 20^th from 6-9PM at the Chester City Hall Community Room, in Chester, PA. The City of Chester has partnered with Toys for Tots for several years, providing holiday relief to the underprivileged, serving more than six hundred Chester families in years past. As an added feature to the gift distribution, Chester City employees collected items for raffle to assist the receiving families. Mayor John A. Linder and Chester City Council will raffle off seven baskets filled with turkeys and traditional holiday side dishes, at the kickoff pickup on Thursday.
