Chester High School Athletic Hall of Fame held its 22nd Annual Induction Ceremony on Thursday, November 7, 2013 at the Concordville Inn, Concordville, PA. This was my third time going to the event and I am always surprised by the inductees selected to the Hall of Fame. I knew ahead of time about Larry Stephenson because he shared his good news.
