Chester High School Football vs Sun Valley

Chester Clippers football team played Sun Valley in their first home game of the season at the A Field. If you have been keeping up with the games so far, Chester lost to West Chester Henderson last week by 40 (or 46) to 0 in their season opener. Today against Sun Valley the scores were:
First quarter 7-0
By Half time 20-0
Third quarter 2 more touch downs for Sun Valley
The final score was Sun Valley 34 to Chester 0.
But the biggest blow may not have been losing the game to Sun Valley but the treatment from the Sun Valley Coach. He wanted to play the game at Widener not at the Chester Athletic Field. When that didn’t happen, the Sun Valley team pitched a tent on the A Field. They did not use the usually facilities except for a rare pit stop. The Sun Valley coach had no comment. Maybe his reference was the open letter by Coach Kloss last year, Chester Football Given Death Sentence . In any case, Chester will play Furness at home next Saturday at 10:30 am.
Hang in there Clippers football team. Re-channel that aggression from the classroom to the football field and turn it into a win.
