Neuman-Gorretti
scored 2 touchdowns, 14 points with time left on the clock in first quarter. Neuman-Gorretti,
these guys are big. They breed them big and pick them big. These guys are serious.
They will go on to play college football and maybe in the NFL. Neuman-Gorretti
was up 21 to Chester’s 0 in the second quarter with 9:57 to go and scored another
7 points with 2:11 to go but Chester had a touchdown before the end of second losing
out on a 2 points conversion ending the first half, Chester 6 to Neuman-Gorretti
28. No change in score in the third. Chester made a great attempt at a
touchdown but the ruling, it was out. Neuman-Gorretti scored in fourth to
finish the game 35 to Chester’s 6.

The Clippers
football team had scheduled a meeting with parents and supporters last Tuesday
but no one showed. Chester will be away next week at Penn Charter and the
following week at Penn Wood. Chester will be home to play against Academy Park on
Saturday, October 12th for Home Coming.
