Yes, Chester
High School has a Hi-Q team. The team has been advised by English teacher Viola Norman
for the past 4 years. This year selected among the All-Delco Hi-Q team members
is Devonte White from Chester
High School, a 10th grade honor
roll student. His plans for post high school are to attend college and major in
computer technology.
