Tots Take Over Campus at Annual Widener University Easter Egg Hunt



More than 150 children, ages 3 to 5, from the Widener University Child Development Center will take part in a hunt for 1,500 Easter eggs Thursday. Held on the lawn of Widener University’s historic Old Main building, this annual event brings the young students together with university coeds and faculty for a fun-filled tradition preceding the Easter holiday. 

When: Thursday, March 28, 2012
             11 a.m. Sharp

Where:  Widener University’s Old Main building
                One University Place, Chester, Pa.   

Details:  A laboratory school of Widener’s Center for Education, the Child Development Center provides a pre-school program for children ages 33 months to 4 years and a kindergarten and transitional kindergarten program for children ages 4 to 6. Open to all families, the center draws students from the immediate Chester community and from surrounding towns and states.
