their lead to eight points to close out the 3rd with the score 39-31.
The
Clippers applied a little more pressure to start the 4th quarter resulting in a
14-3 run as Chester captured their biggest margin of the afternoon at 20
points. The Patriots were held scoreless until the 4:10 mark in the period when
Mikal Bridges convert two free-throws to make the score 49-33. Their next
basket would not come until 2:06 making the score 53-35. Bridges would finish
the contest with 14 points. The reserves would come in to finish out the
contest. James Kirksey once again made his presence felt on the defensive end
helping to hold Bridges to just four first half points while scoring 7 of his 9
points during the same time frame. Rashan DeJarnette saved his quickness for
Chester burst in the 4th with two steals and 4 of his 6 points. After opening
the contest with a trey, Chester's only three-pointer of the day, Conrad
Chambers spun his way for 6 second half points to also finish with nine.

complete the scoring for Chester.
