Widener SBDC Offers Free Small Business Seminar on Marketing to the Government



Get your foot in the door to do business with the government. Learn how at a free seminar sponsored by the Widener University Small Business Development Center on Thursday, February 7 from 9-11:30 a.m. at the Widener SBDC, 1350 Edgmont Ave., Chester, Pa.

At this introductory seminar, you’ll learn the requirements for marketing to government entities at the federal, state and local levels. You’ll also learn effective marketing strategies for selling to these entities and discover sources to help you uncover opportunities to work with the government.

Individuals operating businesses for more than one year with commercial or government sales will benefit most from this seminar. Funding for this seminar is provided through a cooperative agreement with the Defense Logistics Agency.
