News, Great News for President Obama
By a 5-4 decision the Supreme Court upholds President Obama’s Health Care Law.
The majority
opinion was written by Chief Justice John Roberts, “The Affordable Care Act is
constitutional in part and unconstitutional in part,” Roberts wrote. Roberts held
that the law was a valid exercise of Congress’s power to tax.
