| Middle School Clippers |
The Chester Middle School Basketball Team played Springfield for the Del Val Youth Championship at Academy Park High School on Sunday, March 11, 2012. The Middle School Clippers maintained a very comfortable lead throughout the game, leading by 15 to 6 in the first quarter, 31 to 14 in the second, 47 to 29 in the third, and 65 to 50 in the fourth. Chester won by 15 points. With only two known losses this season, Chester has managed to win the coveted title of Del Val Youth Champions for the second year in a row.

These Clippers are headed for the high school in September. As I have written before, they are ready to play. Most were Biddy leaguers so they have had years of experience playing the game. Congratulations to Coach Andre Moore and the Middle School Clippers for another great basketball season! See you at the high next year.
