Kindergarten and first grade students paraded around Chester Community Charter School while parents and older students gathered to watch the frightfully delightful sight! Smiles and laughter filled the air as students showed off their colorful costumes. Some were scary, some were sweet, but all were looking forward to saying “Trick-or-Treat”!
