Find out all you need to know at a Parent & Teen Driving Seminar on Tuesday evening, April 19th at 6:00p.m. at the J. Lewis Crozer Library in Chester. Learn the procedures, insurance discounts, safety issues, dangers, and more regarding teen driving. This informational meeting will include a question and answer session. The seminar is free and open to the public of all ages.
